From family roots to Bamboo
A personal path into permanent makeup.
Goli grew up around the beauty industry—her mother owned a beauty school, making artistry and client care part of everyday life. She initially followed a different path, earning a degree and working in architecture, but felt that something was missing.
After a family tragedy changed the direction of her life, Goli returned to beauty alongside her mother. They practiced, learned, and supported one another. Permanent makeup became more than a skill; it became a way to rebuild confidence and create a meaningful new chapter.
As an immigrant, Goli waited years before she could fully pursue the work. During that time she continued learning, training, and investing in her craft. The name Bamboo reflects that journey: strong roots, quiet growth, and the ability to rise when the time is right.
